Most orders will either be shipped loose in a box with egg flats for harborage, or in a cloth bag with no ink newspaper. Either way they are shipped they will have food included to tide them over for the journey to you. We try to ship out Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx 2Day. FedEx 2Day does not deliver on weekends and USPS does not deliver on Sundays. We ship all orders out from either Florida or Mississippi. Your package must be held for pickup at the post office in temperatures under 55 and above 85 degrees, otherwise the live arrival guarantee is void.
