Description: This listing is for a 14" Tonner outfit made for the Betsy McCall line of dolls. This was one of the first Betsy dresses. It is called the ""Scissors" dress because the fabric print is little tiny scissors all over. The outfit is in very good to excellent condition. The outfit includes the red Scissors sun dress, bloomer undies and elastic sandals. The sandals appear to be in very good condition. I'm also including a small booklet produced by Robert Tonner Doll Co. that features Betsy as a paper doll and has the Scissor dress as one of her outfits.
