Description: This is a Singer sewing machine made in 1925 according to the serial number (shown). It is working with the knee crank. It comes with a box containing all necessary attachments and a tube of motor lubricant as shown in photos. Also, on the inside of the cover there is an oil can for lubrication. One side of the wood cover popped off the unit when lifted some years back and broke apart. I have reglued the broken side but I'm not sure I would trust it to use on the full weight of the machine. I do not have the key to lock it into the base of the frame. It is a well-built, 100-year-old working device as anyone looking at this piece will know and a testament to the quality of American craftsmanship.I don't know enough about this to bring it back to full operation so I would like to see it go to someone who does! I haven't done much to the unit except give it some cleaning and glue the cover.Local pick up preferred.
