Washington. Louis Krupsaw, furniture dealer, found business passing his door and going into the two stores of the Central Furniture Company, on either side of his shop in Louisiana Avenue. So Krupsaw pulled a wise one, and put up a sign over his store "Main Entrance". Business is better. The Washington D.C. furniture store of Louis Krupsaw, shown above, was flanked on either side by stores of other furniture companies. Competition was keen. So Louis put up a sign, "Main Entrance."
