Description: This auction is for an original ticket stub from Saturday, August 19, 1939 for the Chicagoland Music Festival at Soldier Field in Chicago. Waller's name does not appear on the ticket, but several sites on the internet mention that Fats Waller appeared at this event and I found a couple that mentioned Fats Waller and his band performed "I Got Rhythm" and "Ain't Misbehavin'" there. The ticket stub measures 4-1/8" x 2-1/4". The ticket is in good condition except that there are some light waves / slight bends in it (see photos).
