It is in good driver type condition with no dents, dings, cracks, or breaks in it. It is kind of a copper color and the paint is kind of splotchy so you will want to paint it the color of your interior. The backside has all 4 threaded mounting studs intact but there are only 2 nuts for those studs so you will need to supply the other 2.
