Description: 1950-1957 Zippo lighter insert in Italian sterling silver case Lighter insert is relatively clean with a nice wick and cotton. Thumb wheel throws a nice spark. Genuine ZIPPO insert with pat # 2517191 Sterling silver case features what appears to be hand chased paisley design that covers every flat surface. 4 barrel hinged lid has a great snap in both directions. Lid and body are very slightly misaligned, likely from the lid being squeezed a bit.
