Note has wear, including discoloration, scuffing, staining, large chip (missing chunk) in upper left hand corner, creasing, folding, crinkling, writing on bill, to the left of 2 (upper right hand corner) there is a small slit (appears to be from a razor blade or something of that nature), some small tears/chipping + note is worn. On a grade from 1-10 (10 being uncirculated) - I'd say this note is about a 2 or 3 as far as crispness goes. Lower grade note.
