It was the second ship in Cunard's fleet to bear that name, being built in 1938; it was scrapped in 1965. Cruises were offered with sailing periods of 14, 15, 17 and 18 days and included stops in the Bahamas, Trinidad, Curacao, Havana, Cartagena and Port-Au-Prince. There are detailed fare schedules for various types of accommodations on the Sun Deck, Main Deck, and the "A", "B" and "C" decks. Cunard, in addition was offering a 29-day cruise to Rio de Janeiro and other South American ports. This brochure measures appx 11x8 inches unopened and opens to appx 24x11 inches; it is printed on mid-weight cardstock. This item is in very good condition. It has no writing, markings, rips or tears. A nice addition to someone's collection of steamship memorabilia.
