It weighs 6 lbs 11 oz, 24" scale length, 1.69" nut width. This double anniversary is such an incredible find. The wood has aged perfectly, creating an insanely resonant guitar. Even unplugged this sounds like a warm acoustic guitar with awesome projection- a sure sign of a perfectly crafted instrument. When you plug in, all of that resonance combines with the complex mids and overall sweet sweet tone of the after market DeArmond pickups. Combined with the 3-way tone switch, 3-way pickup selector, dual volumes, and master volume - there are so many tones available. Quintessential Gretsch sound. It's in fair-good vintage condition. Just setup, the neck is set to optimal playing relief, and the frets are clean. Plenty of vintage mojo and love here. Play wear you'd expect from a 60 year old guitar. Marks/scratches, some binding separations. DeArmonds were installed at one point in its life and the pickup route is a little messy.
