The spoiler took a nut with a built in washer that spun. It was intended that way so it did not mar up the paint when it was tight. These are the correct nuts for the spoiler application. The aftermarket spoilers don't come with any nuts at all and most people lost the original ones when the spoiler came off the first time the car was painted. They are also plated in the correct color. This is an exact reproduction of the original in the same material and thickness as the original.
