The events are DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, WASHINGTON CROSSING THE DELAWARE, WASHINGTON REVIEWING THE TROOPS and THE SURRENDER AT YORKTOWN. The face value is $4.30. The sheet with the 13 cent stamps has a small cut on the upper left side of the page as shown in the pictures. The envelope has a tear on the back flap as shown in the last picture.
