Folks, the Philadelphia mint never used a 'P' mint mark on large or small cents because it was the first major mint. The one exception was in 2017 when the mint included a Philadelphia mint mark of 'P'. Buyer beware are the watchwords here. Recently I saw a listing for a 'rare' coin missing a mint mark that has a mintage of over 4 Billion!It has gotten ridiculous out here during my two year break from ebay. The same thing is happening with shipping costs on bulk copper small cent listings. Buyer beware.
