The card is United States Scott #UX48, the 4¢ Abraham Lincoln postal card from 1962 uprated to the 1979 postal card rate of 10¢ with a pair of Scott #1584, the 3¢ Ballot Box stamp from the 1975-81 Americana series. There is a signature which is probably that of the commanding officer of the station. The stamps are tied to the card by a four line Commanding Officer, USCG Loran-C Station, Tok, AK 99780 hand stamp with a hand stamped May 21, 1979 date.
