2 Pennsy Weaver E-8A Each w/ERR (TMCC/RS) & Dual Motors (See Description)

Description: Here are two READY TO PLACE ON THE TRACK AND RUN EMD E-8 Pennsylvania RR Tuscan 5 stripe diesels which were converted to TMCC operation with the installation of ERR Commander DCRU(TMCC) and Sound Commander system units in each diesel. I have operated them as ID(TR 1) lash-up. Individually they are ID 53 & 54. The front coupler of each is remotely operated and the rear couplers are a dummy. In lash-up mode, the front coupler is on the engine assigned as lead and the rear coupler is the front coupler of the trailing engine. If you wanted, it is not hard to replace the dummy with a remote operated coupler. The headlights are directional in lash-up Mode and the sounds are loud and clear. The upgrade was performed by the owner prior to me and I have found it to be flawless. I do not know if the smoke units work as I don't use smoke and have never tested them. As I was photographing the Prog/Run switch on 53, I noted the prior owner had installed the belly tank 180 degrees out. It does not effect operation so I am not prepared to change it but feel I should note it. As you can see, the original box is beat up as the prior owner did not protect it when shipping to me.
