The part came out of a 2012 Dodge Durango but may fit several 2011 to 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango models equipped with similar head rests. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. All mounting points are in excellent condition and there are some scratches in the back plastic of the head rest. Part was working as designed when it was removed from the donor vehicle. Most parts will interchange, however, part fitment are suggestions and it is up to the buyer to make sure the part fits their vehicle. We cannot be held responsible if parts do not fit customer's vehicle. All the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. However, customer must pay for return shipping. Warranty This part comes with a 30-day warranty and we will issue a refund if the part fails within such period. However, refund will not be provided if the part was damaged during installation or there was a wrong diagnosis (the part is functional but the problem in customer's car remains). Warranty on electronic devices is void if identifying mark or label is removed or has signs of tampering. If part fails within the warranty period, do not ship the item before contacting us and receiving a valid warranty return number. Once we receive the part, we will proceed to test it and if we find the part to be defective, we will issue a refund for the part and return shipping no questions asked. However, if part is found to be operating as designed by the manufacturer, we will share our results with buyer and return shipping will not be reimbursed.
