Description: "The Ukrainian folk doll is a unique phenomenon in the culture of Ukrainians. Since, in comparison with embroidery, folk paintings and other types of folk art, the preservation of a domestic doll seemed 6 not possible, because the doll's "life" was not long, and from the point of view from the point of view of material value, the value of a traditional doll lies in the plane of spiritual and moral criteria. In the proposed edition, the author made an attempt to analyze the Ukrainian folk doll as a kind of artifact and an expression of purely Ukrainian psychomental criteria, starting from the beginning of the 19th and the beginning of the 21st century. The samples of dolls in their intact form, which have been preserved, are exceptional: some of the presented samples of dolls have already gone out of use, some are on the verge of extinction. The book examines in detail the reconstruction of a folk doll and presents the author's definitions of "reconstruction" and "creative methods of masters." There is a separate section dedicated to modern author's dolls, which are made within the framework of tradition. Examples of the practical use of the heritage of Ukrainian culture in the process of education and upbringing of children of junior and middle school age are given. Format: 185x220 mm
