NMT or Better I ship in a padded envelope with a sleeve and top loader for cards $20 and over. For less expensive cards I use eBay's Standard Envelope, provided all other requirements can be met. I use ebay/paypal shipping. Once one takes into account the cost of the envelope and other materials you can see the shipping/Handling charge is pretty fair. I ONLY SHIP WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. I ship almost daily. I do combine shipping. I have no set "per card or item" price. I try to ship as many items as I can with the original quoted shipping/handling price.
