Essential oils are from natural plants or trees & do not smell as strong as fragrances in many cases. We only use pure essential oils & never any fragrances oils. Our soaps are not as smelly as soaps that use fragrance oils. Example: the candle isle in Wal-Mart. None of our soaps smell that strong. Note all orders of 22 bars or more will ship in a box. Orders with less than 22 bars ship in envelopes. Also we do not use bubble wrap. We tightly bind the bars together with plastic wrap to increase their durability during shipment. Single bar purchases are wrapped in recycled cardboard.
