Description: Three tier cake stand, made by me, using vintage Meito China (Japan) porcelain plates featuring pink rose sprays and gold overlay on the rim edge. New gold tone hardware is included. Pattern is similar to the popular Bridal Rose. Top tier: 6" side plateMiddle tier: 7 1/2" dessert plateBottom tier: 9 3/4" dinner plate Backstamp: "Meito China - Japan"Nagoya Seito Sho Company, was formed in 1908, selling porcelain wares as 'Meito China'. After WWII, the company was purchased by Narumi Seito Sho and continued to use the 'Meito China' mark. Vintage Condition: Vintage plates were used, which may have minimal characteristics of their vintage age. Plates have NO chipped edges. NO cracks. Few, if any surface scratches. New gold tone hardware is included. Depending on placement of backstamp, partial loss may occur during the drilling process. Will be shipped flat and need to be re-assembled.
