Embellishment Availability: Our embellishments are: · ALWAYS AVAILABLE, even if not listed. · They are printed, hand cut, and crafted within a few days of us receiving notification of cleared payment. Larger orders or orders during the Holidays may take longer. Please contact us, if: · There is a theme or embellishment that you would like to see and it is not listed as we have over 12,000 individual designs / patterns. · You need more than the quantity listed as we can craft as many as you need. · The embellishment you are looking for has been retired or no longer listed. We will be happy to list it. · You need a rush order. Shipping and Handling:  To save our buyers money, we charge shipping on each order only once and combined / reduced shipping on items mailed together. To take advantage of our combined shipping rates: · Use a cart. · When done shopping, request a total from the seller and wait for our combined shipping invoice BEFORE you pay any invoices. · Once we get the request, we will send you a COMBINED SHIPPING INVOICE which will have the date issued and a note from us in the “Payment Instructions”. · Pay the “Combined Shipping Invoice” and we will then print, hand cut, craft and mail your embellishments in one envelope or box, depending on the size of the shipment. If you do not use a cart or pay multiple invoices, we will refund your net combined shipping savings. EBay only allows 40 items per request / invoice. If you are purchasing more than 40 items, break up your order into multiple requests. We will handle it as if it all came on one invoice and combine and mail all items together with appropriate reduced or free shipping. U. S.: Embellishments are mailed via First Class mail: · Shipping is indicated in the listing and does not include tracking. · Orders totaling over $50 (prior to shipping) are shipped FREE. · If you would like your order tracked, there is an additional charge of $2.50. International: Due to recent problems with International mailings, we no longer automatically ship Internationally. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your embellishments in the same condition as when crafted. Embellishments are mailed between cardstock, wrapped in plastic with Do Not Bend stamped on the envelope and are individually weighed by the post office so that proper postage is affixed.
