Description: This Handpainted CARO NAN Basket Bag is in good condition. The penny is from 1965, the inside top of the basket purse is signed by Caro Nan and says Made for Anthonie's. All hardware works as intended, the inside cotton lining is in excellent condition and the basket weave is all intaked. There are a few issues: Please note: The top of the purse underneaath the penny the finish is coming off and the strap around the purse it looks like the previous owner tried to secure it with hot glue - it does not affect the function of the purse.
