Description: Vintage set of AR-2ax speakers- Tested and working , although it’s hard to tell if the tweeters are working (?) This is a much different sounding speaker than what I’m Used too and I am NOT messing with the grills, which are in fairly decent condition considering how old they are and still have the AR logos on the grills. They sounded pretty good to me going through a vintage set up. Mid and High tone knobs on back of both speakers don’t seem to work and might be corroded which I hear is a common occurrence. Wood is in pretty good condition overall but could use some TLC. Would be a fun project for an enthusiast to restore and get these to full glory! Let me know if you have any questions. Sold AS IS.
