The grip is a nice, but a little dirty/stained, black Gripmaster Leather Stitchback grip. This shaft is just 38.25" inches long and will play about 38.75" inches in your Titleist hybrid head. This shaft is in fair condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, and scratches, but there are scrape marks and scratches through the top layer of paint.
