AMD MSI RX 6900 XT Gaming Z Trio 16G Radeon video graphics card

Description: This was originally sold in perfect working condition on our Amazon store. A customer purchased it and then returned it claiming that it would power on but the motherboard would not recognize it. I do not have the time nor desire to attempt to test and troubleshoot this, so I'm selling it as is for parts or repairs, with no returns accepted. I have not tested it since it was returned and there is a chance there is nothing wrong with it and it outputs video fine and was just incompatible with the users system or user error, but going by what the customer said it is likely to not be detected without troubleshooting and do not expect it to work properly. The graphics card itself visibly looks to be in good condition with minimal marks and no physical damage besides very small surface scratches on the backplate.... The PCB, fans, housing, heatsink etc are all appear in good shape with no visible damage observed. For whatever reason though it presumably will not be detected by motherboard despite accepting power and signal from a PC. Hopefully someone who knows more than me can figure it out and get it working or use it for parts or put it to good use with another project. Reasonable offers may be considered, unreasonably low offers will be automatically declined.
