Sits on a small silver metal pedestal,(maybe pewter) or Silver plated Not sure. adorned with a 3-d fruit motif. Made in Italy. Excellent condition. No chips or cracks. This is hand Blown and will have Variations in the glass(air Bubbles, pontils, shape, etc) No two are exactly alike. Measures a little over 11 1/8 W X 16" Kitty corner to kitty corner X 6.5"H, This Piece does have some weight to it due to the base. the base is also felted.
