As you can see, it has a beautiful diamond in the center of it and can be worn again as either a brooch or pendant or perhaps it was made to attach a pocket watch to, I’m not sure. It weighs 4 g and it is marked 10 karat. I am not sure about the size of the diamond, but it’s beautiful and has been tested to be a real Diamond.
