Description: Original 1896 copy of Wilson's, "Lawler's American Sanitary Plumbing: A Practical Work on the Best Methods of Modern Plumbing, Illustrating, with Original Sketches, the Fundamental Principles of Everything the Plumber Should Know." The book is overall in good condition with some signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild soiling and wear. The front interior hinge is cracked, but the binding is still good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age with some occasional minor staining. Along with that though there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a light bit of foxing or grubbiness, creased page corner, tiny tear or chip, minor interior crack, etc. The book measures approximately 8 1/8 inches by 5 3/4 inches and is 313 pages long with some black and white illustrations and a couple of folding plates.
