Description: Rarely offered James and Ralph Clews Staffordshire bowl with desirable subject. The small bowl is 5 3/4" in diameter and 1 1/8" high at the rim. It is in good condition with any imperfections in the making, including small spot color absence and dark blue mark (last photo). There is some roughness on the base ring along with a couple of minute flea bite nicks (more felt than seen). Great deep cobalt color and striking in appearance.
