Description: This is a Large 14 3/4" Japanese Arita Blue & White Art Porcelain Charger Plate from the Meiji Era. (1868 - 1912) This Charger measures 14 3/4" in diameter and edge sits about 2" above the tabletop. The Charger weighs about 4 LBS 5 OZ. There is a maker's mark on the back, with calligraphy writing, but it is hard to read, Shown in 4th picture. The Charger is in Very Good condition with no cracks or chips. There are some minor manufacturing flaws which were common during this period, and some artwork has some fading in places (see last picture), probably from handling over the years. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint. I can't know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item and list all known flaws or damage. So please take a good look at the photos and ask questions if need be. Thanks for looking!#A7/88 LA0D9 81921
