Description: For sale is a vintage boxed Sikes Hydrometer Incomplete with damaged thermometer and box. Unfortunately the glass Mercury ball on the thermometer is missing (historical damage) - please see last image Some of the weights are missing and the box has seen better days - one side panel missing and the interior padding is degrading but a lovely scientific collectable all the same Original label states Joseph Long Of London (also marked on thermometer) but an additional, later label has been attached to the lid for Loftus.
