Can fit a 4"x6" photo/print/painting. Has a glass plate (removeable) and a metal plate covered in Green Velvet. The velvet has aged and is only seen as green on the back. The rest of the velvet has weathered/aged/darkened and looks VERY antique. I think this MAY have been a standing frame with a "kickstand" at one time, but does not have that anymore. A string has been added on top for hanging on the wall. It doesn't seem strong enough to hold this heavy frame, please take care-string should be replaced. Nice Victorian romantic courting scene on the front.I could not find another exact frame like this one. SEE PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASE.
