Description: A freshly polished souvenir spoon from the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, held from May 5th to October 31st of that year. The approximately 4" intricately detailed demitasse spoon was made in Germany. It depicts Christopher Columbus and the Exposition's Administration building. It is an heirloom from my maternal grandmother's side of the family, but I am not certain which relative ventured to the White City to attend the fair. Thanks for looking!
