Maybach was introduced by Daimler Benz in the early 2000s to combat and compete with Rolls Royce and Bentley. Sales were poor and production ceased in 2011. Daimler revitalized the Maybach name as a sub brand of the Mercedes Benz S Class, now the upscaled Mercedes Maybach. The 2005 Maybach, as evidenced by his replica, came in two styles, the smaller 57 and the super sized 62. Both powered by a 6.0 L. V12 603 Hp bi turbo. In addition to this model, the original display case and box cover are provided. While displayed in a closed cabinet and listed as used, this replica is actually in like new condition.
