Description: Such a cool piece from the 1960s. This locket is made to hold solid perfume; however, it does not appear to have ever been used for that purpose. It could just as easily hold a small photograph. It is very well made and shows no signs of wear. I do not believe that the chain is original as I have seen photos of this piece that show a rope chain. Whatever the case, it is a lovely piece. The chain measures 18" and the locket measures approximately 1 1/2" long (including the ring at the top) and approximately 1 3/8" across at the widest part.
