Beautiful Antique Solid Wood Side Chair – Upholstered

Description: Offered here is this Beautiful Antique Solid Wood Side Chair. It has a unique carved backrest, and is made of solid wood, with a two-tone finish. The chair has an upholstered seat, and the upholstery is in good condition, but it does have some thinning to the knap in some spots and may have some light stains on it as well. The upholstery is a light gold velvet, and it could easily be reupholstered. The chair is made of solid wood, and is mainly finished in a blond color, with the carved backrest being finished in a dark stain. There are light surface scratches and dings on the wood finish from general use over many years. I am unsure of the age or origins of the chair. The legs have a slight saber style curve to them. The chair is 32.5” tall at the top of the backrest, 18” tall at the seat, 18.5” wide across the front of the seat, 13” wide at the back of the seat across the back supports, 16” deep at the seat, and 23” deep total. This is a lovely, solid wood antique side chair. It has an unusual unique style that is sure to be a wonderful addition to your antique furniture collection.
