It is fully micro adjustable making sighting in your 20 (top pin) and also has the ability to add a sight tape (does not come with) and slid your housing to reach further distances. Awesome awesome sight. It comes with the mounting bracket but no screws to mount to the bow. Your local shop has these laying around
