Description: I do not see any chips, cracks or repairs (see photos). I'm unsure of the provenance of this item prior to our getting it. 11.75" tall classic "Blue Boy" figurine in ceramic and hand-painted. The numbers "69" and "70" are both etched in the base as well as "H(C)M". It appears to be a copyright symbol between the H and the M. I do not know what that means and can find no reliable reference on the web. The blue clothing is highlighted with gold trim. We acquired this at a yard sale because we liked it but it's time to downsize and this piece doesn't make the cut. Please see my other listings including other vintage / antique / rare items.
