The doll is NEW but from an opened package. There is no longer any plastic covering around the doll and there are several items that would make this complete that are missing. The items are listed below: Missing the circle of "TONS OF RETRO COOL ACCESSORIES"Missing the "COLLECTIBLE ROLLER BOOGIE 80'S KEYCHAIN FOR YOU"Missing the "FLASHBACK FEVER MUSIC CD" Everything else in the package is still attached to the cardboard box with its original tape/attachments. There are no major marks on the items or any odor to them.
