Description: Here's a superb Wall Clock made in the late 1950's by Ingraham Clock Company in Bristol Ct. It was their take on the classic "Banjo" clock with a very strong Mid-Century Modern vibe. Clock measures 27" tall and the oval-shaped banjo "head" is 17" wide and 10" tall. Laminated wood construction with dark teak finish. Brass inlays and large hands. The Neck has brass rod "strings" and "tuning pegs" with wood knobs. Clock retains its original movement that runs on a single D-cell battery and is mechanical, not quartz.
