Description: Very nice 1963 California license plates. They qualify for CA DMV registration of model years 1963 thru 1969 passenger vehicles. Condition: Overall they are in very good condition. The paint is clear and bright without oxidation. These are original DMV issued steel plates.I verified the eligibility and they are clear! Plates were on an original 1963 car that I sold out of state and kept the plates ... thus the original stickers!they have some minor bending and scratches around the mounting holes. A 1963 model year car can use them as is without stickers. 1964 thru 1969 model year cars must have the vehicle's proper model year sticker. 1964 thru 1969 stickers are available on other ebay sites.and reproduction stickers. The Calif DMV will issue the proper month and year stickers when registering. They will also include license toppers to display the current month and year registration stickers as shown in the last picture, if you do not want to display the current stickers on the original plates.
