It could also be used as a base for a nice lamp. The standard was recovered from an old Chinese lamp from the 1920s or early 1930s. MEASUREMENTS 3 ¾ (9.5 cm) in x 3 3 /4 (9.5 cm) in x 1 ¼ in (3.2 cm) tall. Platform is 3 1/8 in diameter. Weighs 4.3 oz (120 g) CONDITION There is a hole neatly drilled in the middle for a cord. There are light scratches and wear on the platform surface, but otherwise the stand is in excellent condition. The finish has a nice smooth feel to it and very little fading.
