He is made of hard plastic manufactured in China. Comes without a box, but new from the factory. Sometimes the hats come crunched or smudged so I have included a new plastic hat with hand-drilled holes for the clear elastic chin strap. I also include a colored headband. He has the Breyer stamp on his back.
