This jar was made in 1971 as part of the famous "Dream Series" of reproduction midget 1858 jars in various colors. They are getting harder to find these days as there were only so many made.... MASON'S PATENT NOV. 30TH 1858 (bold emb on front)... 971 emb faint on bottom...CONSOLIDATED FRUIT JAR CO NEW YORK CFJCo emb on milkglass liner inside zinc lid. The top of zinc lid is also embossed but is worn and hard to read... .....Hand blown in 3 part mold....ground threaded lip....cobalt blue...5 1/4"tall.......Excellent shiny nice condition with only one chip on top of ground lip; no other damage.. .a nice clean jar with no haze...
