Currently he serves on the Dominican University of California Board of Trustees and the Bank of Marin Board of Directors. He earned his bachelors degree in accounting from Memphis State University and Doctorate of Education from UCLA. James L. Southam has a diverse background of professional, educational, and teaching experience in business and mathematics.
