Description: This item is brand new but does have some caveats. It comes with the wooden box, the outer white box, the tool which is still tied down, the owners manual, and the congratulations card. It is complete and fully there. The only big thing is the styrofoam on the inside has started to explode. The top part fully came off and under the impact wrench I think it has also started to go. The impact wrench has a good amount of scuff marks on it and everything here has a bit of general wear. There is no major damage though, it is complete, and is brand new. The thing in the worse condition is that outer box that is heavily worn, dented, and is pretty dirty/discolored. I have tried to go lower than everyone I saw for these reasons.
