The skirt looks to be pretty much original. The silk itself is in good condition. I think that the stress could be worn with care. Suggest adding a high collar blouse and some fasteners to the bodice waist. Bodice bust 36. Waist 28 skirt waist 25 (would need to be enlarged to fit a 28 waist). We take returns if not satisfied.
