It appears that when the case was manufactured some of the vinyl was glued into place. Some of the glue has dried out and is coming apart. I think this could be easily repaired.There are no tears in the vinyl. I wouldn't use it as a display piece but if you're looking for a simple place to store some pieces I think it would work just fine. Also included is, what appears to be, a partial set of F.B. Rogers Flatware. There are 12 large spoons. 1 teaspoon. A large serving fork and spoon. A total of 15 pieces.They appear to be unused. Most are still sealed in plastic. The case measures apx. 18.5" x 12.5" x 2"
