This is an under floor frame mount pedal; which includes brackets and pedal assembly for mounting a power booster and master cylinder to your frame. This universal pedal works great for 1937 to 1946 Chevy pickups and the longer pedal arm makes it a good universal pedal for many Ford, Chevy, and Studebaker street rod truck applications. This is for use with a power brake booster and set up for a standard 4 bolt booster pattern with 3-3/8" bolt spacing. Pedal includes everything you see in the photos. This is not a direct fit pedal, so some modification may be needed depending on your application; it is a nice starting point for a lot of these truck that don't have a direct fit option out there.
