Description: 1984 Frankie Goes To Hollywood War (Hidden) backed with Two Tribes (Carnage) and One February Friday 45 RPM 12" Maxi-Single UK Import on Island / ZZT Records WARTZ 3. This was purchased NEW and still looks Brand New, it MAY of been played once or NOT at all, because I did buy records just for the collectibility. Stored in a plastic bag it's whole life. Side A (Red Eyes) : War (Hidden) Side B (Blue Eyes): Two Tribes (Carnage) and One February Friday.Produced by Trevor Horn (The Buggles, Bruce Woolley and the Camera Club) an English record producer and musician. His influence on pop and electronic music in the 1980s was such that he has been called "the man who invented the eighties". In 1981, Horn became a full-time producer, working on successful songs and albums for acts including Yes, Dollar, ABC, Malcolm McLaren, Grace Jones, and Frankie Goes to Hollywood. In 1983, Horn and his wife, the music executive Jill Sinclair, purchased Sarm West Studios, London, and formed a record label, ZTT Records, with the journalist Paul Morley. Horn also co-formed the electronic group Art of Noise. Frankie Goes to Hollywood were a British band from Liverpool, who released two studio albums and seven singles before disbanding in 1987.In 1984, they released the "Two Tribes" video which depicted the American and Russian leaders, engaged in a physical battle in a arena. This Maxi-Single has their version of the all time hit "War" and also "Two Tribes" along with "One February Friday".If you were into the controversial 80's scene, Frankie Goes to Hollywood were on top of the game! A must have for any 1980's collector. One of my favorites! From my personal collection.
